Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible, apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Fragrance products must be unopened, unused, and have the original seal intact. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through the contact form on vanthroys.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include clear photos so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards, opened or used fragrance products, worn or washed items, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not started. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.
