Shipping Policy

Order processing

Most Vanthroys items are produced or prepared after an order is placed. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment unless a product page states otherwise. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and transit times

Standard shipping is $8.00 and is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after processing.

Express shipping is $15.00. Estimated carrier transit time is 1–2 business days after processing. Express shipping speeds up carrier transit only and does not shorten production or processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you’ll receive an email after your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number at no additional shipping charge.

Address changes

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, we may be unable to change the address.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us through the contact form on vanthroys.com. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not started. After that, changes or cancellation are not guaranteed.
